In the long-term sewing, if the tip of the hook is worn or damaged and the thread cannot be hooked, and the thread jumps, replace the hook with a new one. Check whether the needle plate hole leaves too many needle marks after the needle is broken, and the needle plate hole has burrs and the thread is broken. Whether there is concave burr on the hook positioning hook, use a small garden file to file off the burr, polish the groove and burr surface with sandpaper or cloth strips, and check whether the screw head on the bobbin case is too long. Broken bottom thread: Check whether the fit between the bobbin case and the bobbin is too tight. If the bobbin is deformed too tightly, it will also cause a broken bottom thread. Noise: There are many reasons, such as: long-term vibration causes the screw to loosen, the small amount of oil creates a large gap in the bevel gear, the noise announced by the wear of the feeding cam after long-term use, the large gap between the needle bar connecting rod and the needle bearing, the needle bar There is a gap between the upper and lower sleeves of the needle bar, the large gap between the rotary hook and the inner rotary hook, etc., which can cause noise.
