Regulating method and standard of presser foot of high-speed quilting and embroidery machine:

1. The presser foot part jumps when the quilting machine is running. It is required that the presser foot part should not touch the needle plate when it is in the lowest position. The size of the gap is adjusted according to the thickness of the quilted object, 3-5 mm is appropriate.

The adjustment method is as follows: remove the cover on the left side of the machine head, use a screwdriver to loosen a fastening screw that fixes the presser foot bar, and move it up and down to adjust the height of the presser foot bar.

2. The distance between the presser foot component and the bottom end of the needle bar: rotate the handball of the upper machine head by hand, so that when the needle bar is in the lowest position, the bottom end of the needle bar cannot touch the bottom surface of the presser foot. The appropriate interval is 3-5mm.

The adjustment method is as follows: Use a screwdriver to loosen a fastening screw that fixes the needle bar, and move it up and down to adjust the height of the needle bar.
